MARK STEPHEN GEORGE Audrey would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues of herself and Mark, for their kindness and cards at the sudden and unexpected death of Mark on 3rd December 2014. Special thanks go to Sarah, paramedic Alan and WPC Gillian Lee for their kindness and support. Dr Halpin and Weaverham Surgery, the staff at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital and also to Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Donations of £600 were received in memory of Mark and was distributed between LHCH, CCC and Save the Children. Thanks to Father Charles Razzall for his comforting administrations. Sharon McTasney from Co-operative Funeral Services, Crewe for kindness and professionalism in caring for Mark.
