KATH SHAW The family of the late Kath Shaw wish to say a sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, messages, cards, floral tributes and donations for St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice received in her memory. Special thanks to Avandale Lodge Nursing Home for their care and to Revd Rob Iveson for his comforting ministrations.
