DAVID ANDREW HOGAN Passed away peacefully at home on 12th September 2018. David aged 55 years. Dearly loved husband of Gill. Much loved Dad of Emma and Ben. Treasured son of Sheila. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 2nd October at Carleton Crematorium, Stocks Road, Poulton, Lancashire, FY6 7QS at 3.30pm.
