SUSAN MARGARET TABERNER Died peacefully in hospital on 22nd April 2018 aged 69 years ,after illness bravely borne . Sue beloved wife of Roger, mum of Joanne and Emma and nana to Jack, Emily , Freddie and little Poppy who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place at St. Mary`s Catholic Church, Middlewich on Friday 11th May at 11.00am ,prior to interment at Middlewich Cemetery. Family flowers only by request donations if desired to Critical Care Unit, Leighton Hospital , Crewe. All enquiries to Peter Forshaw Funeral Services Tel: 01606 836708.
