JOHN ERNEST CHESWORTH "Jack" Peacefully on 10th November 2017 surrounded by his loving family, Jack aged 82 years and of Barnton. Beloved husband of Barbara, much loved dad of Paul, Anne and the late Neil, devoted grandad to Micha, Ben, Libby and Jamie, treasured great grandad to Chelsea, Lacey and Tyler and loved father-in-law to John, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will be held at Vale Royal Crematorium on Friday 24th November at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Jack will be gratefully received for The Alzheimer's Society. Sign in to add a tributeI wish so much we had been able to see him one more time. Beautiful memories of a loving Uncle when we were young and still living in England. Thank you so much Aunty Barbara for your letters and cards, and for letting us know about Uncle Jack. We love you very much.
