PHYLLIS APPLETON On Tuesday 14th March 2017 peacefully in hospital and of Elm Road, Middlewich. Phyllis aged 74 years. Beloved wife of John Appleton and a much loved mum, Nana, and great nana. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 30th March 2017 at The Parish Church Of St. Michael & All Angels Middlewich at 12 noon. Prior to interment in Middlewich Cemetery.
