HERBERT COLIN OWEN Passed away peacefully on the 22nd September 2016 at Royal Stoke University Hospital. Colin aged 87 and of Winnington. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday 4th October at Vale Royal Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. Any donations received in memory of Colin will go the RNLI and Help for Heroes.
